My water heater broke after it being 15 years old, the furnace was just as old. I contacted multiple companies and they gave me quotes but all were feeding me to much information and trying to sell me. I contacted Absolute Energy Control basically right when they opened and they had Vince come out within an hour after I called to look at my situation. He was very informative and explained how the work would be done. He told me the cost of the work with no extra explanation. The next day they arranged for the team to come out and they completed the work with no issues. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and explained how the system worked. I couldn’t be happier with my new water heater and furnace. I would highly recommend AEC and I will use them again in the future.

We had an emergency where our Furnace heat exchanger was leaking carbon monoxide and we had to replace a new furnace immediately. We called a few places and had to wait at least 2 days before it could be done. My husband called VINCE who had done work for us before. He immediately answered his phone and he came to our house. It was in the middle of a winter storm on a Monday night and Vince drove all the way from Woodbridge to our house in Scarborough.
He knew exactly what needs to be done and promise to be here 8am next day. Everyone was on time the following day and our new furnace was installed without any hassle. We are happy thus far. Vince and his team is very reliable, honest, excellent customer service and his price is affordable.
